About us

At The Property Practice Lawyers, our main focus is making life for our clients as satisfying and easy as possible. We love property and people and we bend over backwards to give our clients an unbeatable combination of personalised service and professional advice.

The Property Practice Lawyers is a boutique, Auckland-based law firm. We specialise in law relating to all things Property: sale and purchase of homes and investment properties, refinancing, commercial property transactions, leasing, subdivisions, building contracts, retirement village transactions and council-related issues. And while property transactions are our speciality, we also have lawyers with expertise to assist in other areas including commercial and business transactions, trust and company structuring, wills and estates.

We are a bit more modern and convenient than most. Our online ordering forms are designed to help both our clients and our law firm handle property transactions more comprehensively and easily. This results in greater efficiency, less complication and a smaller chance of important information being disregarded. It also gives us more time to concentrate on giving our clients amazing service!

It’s often difficult to visit your lawyer and so we are flexible about where we can meet you.

If you are buying or selling property, have a look at our online Process Diagrams, which outline the processes for buying and selling property at auction and by negotiation – we hope you find them useful.
